Jenny & June Events by Design was inspired by my grandmother, June, who believed the most meaningful gatherings begin with intention. She loved a touch of sparkle, was always impeccably put together, and had a natural gift for coordinating celebrations—never missing a single detail. She lovingly called me “Jenny,” a nickname that has carried into my work and is at the heart of everything I do today.

I began coordinating weddings in 1991, and over the years, I’ve become the trusted go-to for friends, family, and clients—planning everything from weddings to bridal and baby showers, birthdays, bachelorette celebrations, multiple holiday parties, and corporate events. Every celebration I touch is approached with thoughtfulness, creativity, and a focus on meaningful, memorable moments.

Before fully immersing myself in weddings, I spent eight years as a high-end retail manager, leading teams and learning how to manage people and complex operations with care and precision. I then moved into project management, marketing, and event coordination, overseeing expos, corporate fairs, and fundraisers. These experiences taught me how to orchestrate every detail, manage multiple moving parts seamlessly, and bring both creativity and organization to each event I plan.

After owning and operating a wedding venue with my husband for 2 years, where I also served as a wedding coordinator, I gained a full-circle perspective of the wedding industry—from behind the scenes with vendors to managing timelines, budgets, and logistics. That experience allows me to anticipate needs, troubleshoot challenges before they arise, and guide clients through every step of the process with clarity and calm confidence.
